Initial Consultancy

Initial discussion with the client is to understand the history of the company, nature of the business, products and services, target market, growth plans, unique selling proposition, branding, color and design preferences, budget consideration and project timescale. A detailed design brief is then prepared to start the design concept.

Design Concept

Design idea is created through sketches and perspective views. We acknowledge the value of space in a commercial setting so it’s crucial to maximize the layouts to provide the best opportunity for efficient work flow, communication and supervision.

Design Development

Detail drawings like elevation sketches of the proposed concept are made to clearly understand each and every part of the space including the carpentry works. Ceiling and electrical lighting plans are suggested to compliment the proposed concept.

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment specification and acquisitions are provided. We also offer customization of furniture, carpets and artworks.

Construction Drawings

CAD drawings are created for mill work with all the measurements and details.

Project Management

This includes liaising with engineers, contractors, and other specialists for execution of the project. Site supervision is done by regular site visits to assess the progress and satisfactory completion of the project.
